ValkPro+ Galvanised Backplate L10° – 1780mm (VDV742510)
This galvanised steel backplate, model VDV742510, is designed to shield the rear of your photovoltaic system from environmental damage. It integrates seamlessly into the ValkPro+ mounting structure, sliding into recesses within the aluminium rear mounting elements and secured with self-tapping bolts. Overlapping sections are fastened together using self-tapping screws for a continuous protective barrier. With a length of 1780mm, this backplate is specifically intended for landscape-oriented arrays at a 10-degree tilt angle, accommodating solar panels with lengths from 1520mm to 1720mm.

The Van der Valk ValkPro+ system offers versatile configuration options, supporting both East-West and South-facing orientations at a fixed 10-degree tilt. It is engineered for rapid assembly, requiring approximately three minutes per panel, and is compatible with both landscape and portrait array layouts. The design minimizes ballast requirements while remaining suitable for large, high-power panels up to 2 metres in length.
