Enstall FlatFix Fusion Stabiliser 1900mm
The Enstall FlatFix Fusion stabiliser (model FF100-7214) is a critical component for reinforcing the mounting structure on flat roofs. It is installed between two mounting profiles to enhance system rigidity and can be earthed by ensuring proper overlap. An earthing adapter connects the stabiliser to the PV system for safe grounding.
Installation Guidelines
Begin by placing the first stabiliser under the solar panel, aligning its lower edge into the open notches of the long mounting element. Ensure the stabiliser’s side is flush with the edge of the long mounting element. Secure one side using an M6 x 12mm mounting screw, being careful not to strip the thread when tightening. Repeat for the second stabiliser, verifying that the slots in the stabilisers overlap the pilot holes in the long mounting elements. The FF100-7214 has a length of 1900mm and is compatible with panel lengths ranging from 1830 to 1970mm.
