FlatFix Fusion Stabiliser Overview
The Enstall FlatFix Fusion stabiliser (model FF100-7211) is designed to strengthen the mounting structure on flat roofs. It is installed between two mounting profiles and can be earthed by ensuring proper overlap; an earthing adapter connects the stabiliser to the PV system.
Installation Guidelines
Position the first stabiliser under the panel so that its lower edge sits in the open notches of the long mounting element, with the stabiliser’s side flush to the long mounting element’s edge. Secure one side to the long mounting element using an M6 x 12mm mounting screw. Be careful not to strip the thread when tightening the screws. Repeat the process for the second stabiliser, ensuring the slots overlap the pilot holes in the long mounting elements.
Dimensions and Compatibility
The FF100-7211 stabiliser measures 1700mm in length and fits panel sizes from 1655 to 1795mm.
