Enstall FlatFix Fusion Rear Wind Deflector 2000mm Black
The Enstall FlatFix Fusion rear wind deflector (model FF100-7585) is a black, 2000mm-long accessory specifically engineered for flat roof solar installations. When mounted on the long mounting elements at the back of the solar panels, it provides simultaneous earthing. The first deflector is positioned behind the raised edges of the long mounting elements. An earthing adapter is secured to both the mounting profile and the rear of the wind deflectors using a 6.5 x 19mm mounting screw. Only one side of the deflector is attached to the long mounting element by driving the screw into the pilot hole of the earthing adapter and through the two slots on the mounting element. Take care to avoid stripping the thread when tightening.
A second rear wind deflector is installed behind the raised edges of the long mounting elements, slightly overlapping the first. Repeat this process for all remaining deflectors in the row. The FF100-7585 is 2000mm long and accommodates panel lengths from 1940 to 2080mm.
