FlatFix Fusion Rear Wind Deflector 1600mm – Black (FF100-7201-B)
The Enstall FlatFix Fusion rear wind deflector in black, model FF100-7201-B with a length of 1600mm, is engineered specifically for flat roof solar installations. It mounts onto the long mounting elements at the rear side of the solar panels, serving a dual purpose: reducing wind uplift and providing an earthing path. The first deflector is positioned behind the raised edges of the long mounting elements. An earthing adapter is fastened to the mounting profile and the deflector’s rear using a 6.5 x 19mm mounting screw. Only one side of the deflector attaches to the long element—by driving the screw into the earthing adapter’s pilot hole and through the two slots on the mounting element. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread stripping.
For extended rows, the second deflector is installed behind the raised edges, slightly overlapping the first. Continue this pattern for all remaining deflectors in the row. This unit is compatible with panel lengths ranging from 1550 to 1690mm.
